Spinach Mushroom Egg White Omelette

It is a very healthy dish for breakfast or even for dinner.

Egg white becomes more healthy when ingredients like spinach are added.

Dark leafy greens like spinach are important for skin, hair and bone health.

It tastes really yummy when served with egg white.

1 chopped onion

Half bunch spinach washed and finely chopped

4 egg white (one can use a whole eggs too)

5-6 sliced mushrooms

4-5 garlic cloves

Italian herbs

Salt as per taste

1 spoon cooking oil

1 spoon butter

Heat the oil in the pan and add finely chopped garlic till it changes its colour.

Add chopped onion and fry it till it changes colour.

Now add spinach, mushroom and sauté it with the garlic and onion for 3-4 minutes.

It will start cooking and the size will also reduce.

Now it’s time to add seasoning.

Add Italian herbs, salt, pepper and mix it all well.

Pour the egg white or whole eggs in the pan.

Shut the lid and let it cook and all come together for 2-3 minutes.

Open the lid and put the butter on the well cooked omelette.

Butter will add more flavour to the omelette.

You don’t need to flip this omelette but if you want you can flip it.

You may have this with some bread or even just like that !
